Eating for Idiots: So easy a caveman could do it. The need to eat is arguably the strongest human instinct we all share yet most of the industrialized civilization cannot distinguish between real food and fake or toxic food. While this page is based primarily on paleo, primal, and ancestral diets, it is not because I’m under any misconstrued notion that we are virtually cavemen living in a modern world but rather many foods we have introduced in recent centuries not only offer very little nutritional value, but have caused us to become sick. "Cavemen" as it were, or our "primitive ancestors", set a great baseline for how to eat and it only makes sense to me that we start from ground zero. Follow my quest as I re-learn to eat nutrient dense foods that promote health and well-being.
